- Activities have been implemented to strengthen information sharing with refugees in Boyabu and Mole camps on key provisions contained in the practical modalities of the tripartite agreement of 5 July 2019 on voluntary repatriation.
- Sharing of information with the political and administrative authorities of the Province of South Ubangi on the process of voluntary repatriation of Central African refugees living within their jurisdiction, as well as documentation (Tripartite Agreement, practical modalities on the voluntary repatriation of Central African refugees).
- Identification of cases: collection of return intentions in the Mole and Boyabu camps through a community mechanism in the first instance, followed by biometric collection of intentions.
- UNHCR facilitated the voluntary repatriation of 629 households consisting of 2,061 individuals, including 456 households of 1,481 people from Mole camp (Zongo) and 173 households of 729 people from Boyabu camp (Libenge).
