Donor profiles

Donors can give UNHCR discretion over how their funds are used, or they can choose to “earmark” their funding to some degree in order to ensure that it is allocated to specific needs. UNHCR is grateful for all contributions but encourages donors to give as flexibly as possible, enabling it to channel funding towards emergencies or towards neglected needs, as well as the possibility to redeploy funds as priorities change.
