Currently, the Office has two core staff (1 Resettlement Officer and 1 GL4 Resettlement Assistant) and 3 affiliate workforce (1 ICMC caseworker, 1 ICMC BID Expert and 1 RefugePoint caseworker). The 2 core staff and 2 deployees (1 ICMC caseworker and 1 RefugePoint deployee) are devoted to resettlement counseling, case preparation and reviews whilst the ICMC BID expert is involved with BIDs processing for resettlement cases as well as for protection cases involving foster care arrangements and custody issues. In order to meet the total projected needs of 2100, the Office will need additional staff (4 deployees, 1 IUNV, 1 Resettlement Associate GL6 and 1 GL 5 Senior Resettlement Clerk) to augment the existing staffing (1 Resettlement Officer, 1 Resettlement Assistant, 1 ICMC caseworker, 1 Refugepoint caseworker and 1 ICMC BID expert).
